Offer your employees customized childcare
Give your working parents the support they need:

Guaranteed childcare
Ensure your employees have a fixed childcare place at a nearby Kindergarden location. You reserve a certain number of flexible spots that can be used for multiple children, five days a week. Within guaranteed childcare, there is also an option for flexible scheduling, allowing employees to adjust their childcare days based on their work schedule. This is ideal for employees with varying shifts or irregular work hours.

Priority access
With this option, employees receive priority on the waiting list. While they don’t have a guaranteed spot, they are first in line for the next available place. This significantly increases their chances of securing childcare without requiring a reserved spot.

Is childcare via the employer suitable for my company?
We support organizations of all sizes: From non-profit to commercial, from hospitals and government institutions, to corporations and medium-sized enterprises. Investing in employee welfare is investing in your organization’s success. Flexible childcare is particularly suitable for organizations in which employees’ work schedules change.
