How it works
We offer you the choice of guaranteed childcare or flexible childcare. You reserve several places for this, which can be used for children up to age four. We always align our services to your requirements and needs. Employees can use the childcare offered at one of the 70+ Kindergarden locations in the Netherlands. You pay a small amount per child for this, while parents pay the standard childcare rate. They also retain their entitlement to childcare allowance.

Guaranteed childcare
- You assure employees of a place at our childcare for their child. Without long waiting lists.
- You reserve a certain number of childcare places per year for this.
- You can use these places for several children.
- Parents request the childcare themselves online.
Flexible childcare
- Parents use the online system to indicate their preferred childcare days in advance.
- Flexible registration for childcare days, aligned to parents’ work schedules and not tied to fixed days.
- Childcare is offered from Monday through Friday between 7.30 am and 6.30 pm (or following consultation between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm).
- You purchase a minimum number of childcare days per month.
Extra: Advice and coaching for working parents
Parents regularly struggle with difficult questions that even Google just can’t answer. How can you help your child to sleep better? What do you do if your child often has tantrums? And how do you handle combining a busy job with caring for young children? WorkFamily Solutions helps your employees with these questions. They can request a meeting with an expert or coach via our online platform.
